We designed the calculators to work in your browser. This notice explains the limited information the site may process.
Calculator information
Information entered into the calculators is calculated locally in your browser. We do not ask you to upload passports, visas, travel evidence or application forms, and the calculator is not designed to send the answers you enter to us. Your browser may retain information locally while you use the site; you can clear site data through your browser settings. Avoid entering unnecessary personal details in any free-text field.
Because an immigration history can be sensitive, do not treat a general website calculator as a secure document store. Keep your own records and use official application channels for an application.
Analytics choices
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site performance and aggregated page use without using the calculator answers as analytics events. Its performance beacon does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the site notice; your choice is kept in local browser storage so that it can be respected on later visits.
These services can process page views, browser and device information, referral information and approximate location derived from technical data. We do not use calculator inputs to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell personal information. You can decline Google Analytics, clear the stored choice in your browser, use browser privacy controls or use Google’s available controls. Cloudflare and Google process technical data under their own terms.
Contact messages and your choices
If you contact us by email or a mailto link, your email provider and ours will process the information you choose to send, including your address and message. Please do not send passport numbers, full travel histories or other sensitive documents. We use correspondence only to respond, improve the site or deal with a correction request, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
